Where are you located?

We are located at 246 N Keswick Avenue Glenside, PA 19038. There is ample free and metered parking outside of the studio. Scroll down to the bottom of this page for a view of the studio on Google Maps.

Our studio is also accessible via public transportation. The Glenside Train Station is roughly a ten minute walk from the studio.

How do I book an appointment?

Appointments can be made directly through this website or via email. Please note that a deposit is required to schedule and secure your appointment and is deducted from the total price of your tattoo. This deposit is non-refundable.

Do you offer consultations?

While we do not offer consultation sessions on their own, at each appointment you will have ample time to consult with your artist. This includes discussing color and shape and other questions you might have.

Does cosmetic tattooing hurt?

A highly-effective, topical lidocaine anesthetic cream and gel are used for numbing before and during your procedure. Pain threshold levels vary person to person and every effort is made to ensure you remain comfortable for the entirety of the procedure.

Can I bring a guest to my appointment?

Please DO NOT bring any guests with you for your appointment. Please do not bring any children with you to your appointment (Legally, no one under the age of 18 is allowed in the studio). If there are extenuating circumstances you would like to ask about where you would need to bring a guest to your appointment, please send us an email studioaurorapmu@gmail.com.

I have previous work, can I book an appointment with you?

Clients with previous work are taken on a case by case basis. All clients with previous work MUST send in clear photos of their brows/lips to studioaurorapmu@gmail.com.
It is important that we can see the saturation, color, and depth of the previous work to ensure we can work over top and provide you with a successful service.

We do not touch up other artist's work from outside of our studio. If approved, you will be considered a new client/coverup which includes additional fees of $200.

What are the pigments made of?

The pigments used in Cosmetic Tattooing come in a variety of colors specially formulated with ingredients which are safe for the skin. Because color is implanted just underneath the dermal layer of the skin, the resulting shade is soft and muted, unlike regular cosmetic makeup that sits on the surface of the skin.

Can I get tattooed if I am pregnant or nursing?

As a precaution to avoid any complications, we do NOT perform cosmetic tattooing on pregnant or nursing people.

Am I supposed to leave a tip?

Tipping is a customary part of the beauty service industry and is greatly appreciate but is completely at your discretion and never expected.

What are the terms of use for gift vouchers?

Vouchers are valid until the expiry date specified and cannot be redeemed or replaced after this date. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers are not valid with any other offer and/or special at Studio Aurora. Vouchers must be used by one person.
