Every appointment must be secured with a deposit.

A deposit not only reserves a time for you, but ensures that you are serious and committed to making the appointment.

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE and non-transferable between other clients and other artists.

Cancelling an appointment will result in the forfeit of your deposit and will require a new deposit to secure another appointment.

In the case of a no-show, the card on file will be charged 50% of your session's price and you will be required to pre-pay your full appointment if you wish to book again.

Showing up to your appointment with previous work without having submitted photos for approval via email will result in the forfeit of your deposit if we are unable to take you on.

As a one time courtesy, we will reschedule an appointment with 48 hours notice. Attempting to reschedule a second time will result in the forfeit of your deposit.

Attempting to reschedule with less than 48 hours notice will result in the forfeit of your deposit or the application of other fees.

If you need to reschedule your 2nd session touchup appointment without 48 hours notice a $50 rebooking fee will be added.

Please be sure you select a date and time that work for your schedule.

Studio Aurora takes clients with previous tattooing on a case by case basis. If you have previous work you must email photos of your brows to studioaurorapmu@gmail.com for approval before booking an appointment.

We do not touch up other artist’s work from outside of our studio. Any client with previous work will be considered a new client which includes additional fees of $200.

We typically recommend having a removal for best results.

If you arrive to your appointment with previous tattooing and have not been pre-approved by one of our artists, your deposit will be forfeit.

There are NO guarantees for healed results. Skin is a living organism and each individual's skin is vastly different. There are many factors that contribute to a person's healed results.

Aftercare is incredibly important to the healing process and the responsibility of the client.

It is important to remember that multiple services that we offer require 2 appointments to achieve their desired look.
